Tomorrow I'm going to make some gnocchi from scratch! I'm also going to try and re-create a porcini mushroom, cream and parmesan sauce that I had when I last had gnocchi in Rome in February!
Will try and get a photo up of my efforts.

Knives.Forks.Spoons.Spears?
Well, to start off with Knives.Forks.Spoons.Spears was a game that I played as a child in the swimming pool doing hand stands. It has no real reference to food however is fun anyway. As it is afterall a food blog!
You should also know that I am not a chef, I am a home cook and a student studying Fashion Marketing at that.
It's really to document modern food through my own eyes.
